BP in $2 Billion Notes Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented Goldman Sachs and HSBC Securities as underwriters in an offering by BP Capital Markets p.l.c. of $2 billion Floating Rate Guaranteed Extendible Notes guaranteed by BP p.l.c. The notes were issued under a shelf registration statement and will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The offering closed on December 18.
