Cleary Gottlieb represented Bronx Arts Ensemble, Inc. (BAE) in connection with its drafting of a model independent contractor agreement to use when hiring guest artists, presenters, and other performers in its activities.
BAE brings musical performances and other arts to schools and neighborhoods throughout the Bronx and elsewhere in New York City in order to expand artistic and educational venues and engage diverse audiences.
