Capgemini in New €1 Billion Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility Agreement

Cleary Gottlieb represented Capgemini in the negotiation and implementation of a new €1 billion multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement, signed on February 9, 2021.

The new facility was arranged by Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, BNP Paribas, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel de Paris et d’Ile-de-France, Citibank N.A. London, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Crédit Industriel et Commercial, HSBC Continental Europe, ING Bank N.V. French Branch, Morgan Stanley Bank AG, Natixis, and Société Générale.

This new facility refinanced the facility made available to Capgemini under the existing €750 million multicurrency revolving facility agreement dated July 30, 2014, as amended and restated on April 17, 2020.
