Cleary Gottlieb has been ranked among the top 10 Global Elite law firms for client service in the UK in a new survey by Legalease.
More than 60,000 UK clients rated more than 1,000 firms – from the biggest international firms to the smallest boutiques – on a range of business-critical criteria, including partner engagement, resourcing, billing, and communication. Each firm was given an overall Client Service Score, calculated by combining the ratings of three key areas of a firm’s business: lawyers/team quality; sector/industry knowledge; and billing and efficiency, as well as consistency of client feedback.
In 2019, Cleary was also ranked among the top 10 law firms for client service in the UK by The Legal 500, and was ranked a top 5 major U.S. firm in London.
