Cleary Gottlieb has once again been recognized by Yale Law Women in its 2019 Top Ten Firms for Gender Equity and Family Friendliness Report for its exceptional gender equity policies and practices.
Cleary was featured among a select group of Vault 100 firms with at least 50 percent of its associates comprised of women. This is the second consecutive year that Cleary has been lauded for its firm structure.
Each year, Yale Law Women recognizes the top law firms in the U.S. for their leadership in developing and implementing gender equity and family-friendly practices and policies. Categories in the survey include gender equity among the firm’s hiring levels, the representation of women in a firm’s leadership and promotions, and the extent to which a firm is committed to equitable training and mentorship.
