Cleary Gottlieb is joining with several international law firms to support the evacuation and settlement of Afghan nationals ahead of the August 31 deadline for the withdrawal of U.S. troops.
Pro bono efforts from international firms have increased following the fall of the Afghan government; Cleary is among the firms working in collaboration with the International Refugee Assistance Program (IRAP).
