Law360 released its annual “Global 20 Firms,” and Cleary Gottlieb is once again ranked No. 14 on the list.
The list ranks the top 20 law firms from the past year “with the biggest international presence” and that have “the global expertise to handle complex cross-border matters spanning multiple time zones.”
Cleary was noted for its growth in London and Buenos Aires, defining itself as a true global firm without a global headquarters, and partner Simon Jay was quoted on the new demand for lawyers who specialize in regulatory issues in the wake of Brexit.
This is the seventh year Law360 has compiled its “Global 20,” and Cleary has appeared on the list every year since its inception.
