Cleary Gottlieb partners Shuang Zhao and Denise Shiu have been named to China Business Law Journal’s 2019 A-List: China’s Elite Lawyers.
Shuang was recognized for her work in capital markets, corporate governance, M&A, and litigation. Denise was recognized for her work in international M&A, private equity, corporate finance, and cross-border transactions.
The publication’s selection of 200 elite private practice lawyers involved in China-related business includes 100 from Chinese law firms and 100 from foreign law firms.
