Cleary Gottlieb Partners With JPMorgan Chase and Start Small Think Big in Day of Service

Cleary Gottlieb participated in the JPMorgan Chase Day of Service to support JPMorgan Chase lawyers in offering pro bono legal services to underserved entrepreneurs in local communities as part of a working partnership with Start Small Think Big.

A total of 35 attorneys were involved in the effort, with teams of Cleary and JPMorgan Chase attorneys consulting with 10 small business clients on best practices for conducting business online. As part of the session, the teams reviewed their clients’ online presence and customized template Privacy Notices and Terms of Use for use by clients when conducting business via their websites. In addition, Cleary attorneys partnered with Start Small Think Big to deliver a CLE presentation on “Doing Business Online” and to provide a similar training session to clients during the event.

Cleary regularly collaborates with in-house teams of lawyers at leading firms and with Start Small Think Big in an effort toward community economic development and to help close legal services gaps.
