• Domestic Deal of the Year (Hahn & Company/Lutronic, MBK and UCK/Osstem Implant, and NetDragon/Gravitas Education Holdings)
• Equity Deal of the Year (SharkNinja NYSE listing and ZJLD Group Hong Kong IPO)

The IFLR Asia-Pacific awards celebrate legally innovative cross-border transactions in the region. The winners will be announced on March 20 in Hong Kong.
