Cleary Gottlieb has been nominated to the shortlist for three 2021 British Legal Awards.

The list of finalists includes:

• M&A Team of the Year (Large Deal), for Euronext’s acquisition of Borsa Italiana from LSE
• Private Equity Team of the Year, for Cascade’s acquisition of Signature Aviation
• CSR Initiative of the Year, for Cleary’s partnership with The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network (TERN)
