The team represented Citigroup in successfully securing an appellate court ruling that upheld a summary judgment win in a long-running suit. New York’s Appellate Division, First Department affirmed this week that there was a lack of evidence to support the plaintiff’s claim that Citi conspired with other banks to boycott the plaintiff’s structure for airline specialty facility bonds.
