Cleary Gottlieb won Impact Deal of the Year at International Tax Review’s 14th annual Americas Tax Awards.
The firm was recognized for its representation of Suzano Papel e Celulose S.A., one of the largest Brazilian pulp and paper companies, in connection with its acquisition of Fibria Celulose S.A., another large Brazilian pulp and paper company.
