Cleary Gottlieb won Russia Deal of the Year at the second annual CEE Legal Matters Awards for its work as counsel to CJSC Transmashholding and LocoTech-Service LLC in connection with their merger.
This is the second year in a row that Cleary has received Russia Deal of the Year from CEE Legal Matters. Last year, the firm was recognized for The Far Eastern Shipping Company’s restructuring.
