Cleary Gottlieb has been recognized as counsel to The Far Eastern Shipping Company PLC (FESCO) in its restructuring, which was named “Russia Deal of the Year” at the CEE Legal Matters Awards.
The firm advised FESCO on a comprehensive restructuring of its indebtedness under two series of listed U.S. dollar eurobonds, two series of ruble bonds, and certain bilateral facilities.
