This is the second year in a row that the firm has won three IFLR awards. Cleary was recognized with the following matter and team accolades:
- Debt and Equity-Linked Deal of the Year for our role advising on Mexican Ministry of Finance and Mexico City Airport Trust (MEXCAT) tender offers and consent solicitations. The offers received the overwhelming support from MEXCAT’s noteholders and mark an important achievement in the Mexican government’s relationship with stakeholders and future infrastructure development.
- Financial Services Regulatory Team of the Year
