Cleary Gottlieb’s Bay Area offices have been featured in The Recorder in honor of the firm’s one year anniversary in the region.
Since opening two offices in Silicon Valley and San Francisco a year ago, the firm has grown substantially in size and reputation. The Recorder celebrated the firm’s success in “winning regulatory, litigation, and M&A work for some of the largest companies based in the Bay Area, including Broadcom in the antitrust aspects of its planned $61 billion purchase of VMWare.”
The Recorder noted partner Jennifer Kennedy Park as a major contributor to the firm’s accomplishments in the area so far and highlighted the key additions of partners Maureen Linch, Christopher Moore, and Heather Nyong’o as well as Rahul Mukhi’s recent relocation from the New York office.
