Cleary Gottlieb represented Goldman Sachs, as lender, in connection with the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans in an aggregate amount of $115 million to Tamares Real Estate Holding Inc. The loan was secured by two towers in Plaza America, a 27-acre mixed-use office and retail development located in Reston, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C.
