Cleary Gottlieb represented KBR Inc. (KBR) in its acquisition of VIMA Group Holdings Limited (VIMA), a company incorporated in England and Wales, for up to £75 million (inclusive of earn-out opportunities).
The transaction signed on June 15, 2022, and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2022 after regulatory approvals have been obtained.
