Cleary Gottlieb partner Jeff Lewis was honored as a “Pipeline to Diversity Champion” for demonstrating extraordinary commitment to diversity through his longstanding work with Legal Outreach.
Jeff was recognized for “his leadership wisdom, counsel, and unqualified commitment to equalizing educational opportunities for under-represented youth” and the firm was recognized for its commitment as “the largest internship provider” as a partner of the organization.
Cleary was also the first law firm to be honored by the organization as “a leading contributor to Legal Outreach’s Pipeline efforts” and also received the “Pipeline to Diversity Champion” award. The firm has worked with the organization for over 20 years and annually hosts student interns for a week of legal research, contract negotiation, brief-writing and litigation training.
The honorees were presented with awards at a ceremony in New York.
