Mark Nelson Honored in NLJ 2020 Winning Litigators Report

Cleary Gottlieb partner Mark Nelson was honored by The National Law Journal (NLJ) in a special report on 2020’s Winning Litigators.

Mark achieved a significant victory for T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom in the acquisition of Sprint, leading the effort to win clearance, which culminated in a successful closing on April 1, 2020. He also prevailed in an unprecedented lawsuit by a group of attorneys general attempting to block the merger.

Mark has also been named a “Dealmaker of the Year” by The American Lawyer for his work in the T-Mobile/Sprint merger.
