Cleary Gottlieb represented Empresas ICA, S.A.B. de C.V. in its $535 million global offering of ordinary shares. The transaction, which closed on October 5, included a registered offering to investors outside Mexico of Ordinary Participation Certificates (CPOs), each representing a financial interest in one ordinary share, and American Depositary Shares, each representing four CPOs.
ICA is Mexico’s largest engineering, procurement and construction company. The proceeds of the offering will be used for current and new construction projects.
