Cleary Gottlieb advised RAD CHP Limited on its £113 million development financing provided by Firma Partners to support the transformation of the Royal Albert Docks in London into purpose-built student accommodation.
With the financing now in place, completion of the development is expected in the third quarter of 2027.
The Royal Albert Dock redevelopment represents one of London’s most significant regeneration opportunities, comprising a 12-hectare (30-acre) site with approximately 400,000 square meters of development potential and an estimated gross development value of around £3 billion.
