Retelit Datacenter in €375 Million Financing

Cleary Gottlieb advised Retelit Datacenter on the completion of a financing transaction totaling €375 million.

This is the first structured financing transaction of this magnitude in Italy for one of the leading Italian operators active in the data center colocation market, supporting the expansion of Retelit Datacenter’s existing infrastructure and the construction of new data centers across Italy in line with its development and investment plan.

Retelit Datacenter, a wholly owned subsidiary of Asterion Industrial Partners, an independent management company focused on investments in European infrastructure in the midmarket segment, operates one of Italy’s leading data center networks with 38 facilities across the country and is one of the leading operators specializing in the provision of housing services and IT infrastructure for third-party companies.
