Alessandro Gennarino’s practice focuses on international financing and corporate matters, with particular regard to leveraged finance transactions, debt restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Alessandro joined the firm in 2007 and became a senior attorney in 2023. From 2007 to 2013 he was resident in the Milan office, and in 2013 and 2014 he was resident in the London office.
Before joining the firm, he worked as a trainee in the Milan office of Clifford Chance, where he primarily focused on securitization and structured finance transactions.
