Cleary Gottlieb represented Sony Group Corporation (Sony) in an SEC-registered offering of a total of $1 billion of senior notes, consisting of $500 million of 4.657% senior notes due 2031 and $500 million of 5.089% senior notes due 2036.
The transaction launched on June 22, 2026, priced on June 23, 2026, and is expected to close on June 30, 2026.
