Sunmi Technology’s Successful Hong Kong Main Board Listing

Cleary Gottlieb acted as Hong Kong and U.S. counsel to the joint sponsors, Deutsche Bank, CITIC Securities, and ABCI, and underwriters in the successful global offering and listing of H shares of Shanghai Sunmi Technology Co. Ltd. (Sunmi Technology) on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Sunmi Technology priced its global offering at HK$24.86 per H share, raising approximately HK$1.06 billion in gross proceeds. Trading in the H shares commenced on April 29, 2026.

Sunmi Technology is a leading global Business Internet of Things (BIoT) solution provider. Sunmi Technology is the largest Android-based BIoT solution provider in the world in terms of revenue in 2024, with a market share of over 10%.
