Cleary Gottlieb advised underwriters Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley in the offering of $500 million 4.95% notes due 2012 and $750 million 5.20% notes due 2017 issued by Shell International Finance B.V. and guaranteed by Royal Dutch Shell PLC. Issued under a shelf registration statement, the notes will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The offering closed on March 22.
