Cleary Gottlieb is representing TPG Asia in its approximately $360 million investment in Fractal Analytics Private Limited (Fractal).
The transaction includes a combination of a primary investment and a secondary share purchase from funds advised by Apax Partners. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022, subject to receipt of applicable regulatory approvals.
