Cleary Gottlieb is representing longtime client Verizon Communications Inc. (Verizon) in its C$1.3 billion notes offering.
Verizon issued C$1 billion of 2.5% notes due 2030 and C$300 million of 3.625% notes due 2050.
The offering priced on May 13, 2020, and is expected to close on May 15, 2020.
Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., and TD Securities Inc. are acting as joint lead managers.
