Warburg Pincus and Vista Equity Partners to Acquire Redwood Software From Turn/River Capital

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Warburg Pincus LLC (Warburg Pincus) in its pending acquisition of Redwood Software (Redwood), a portfolio company of Turn/River Capital (Turn/River).
Warburg Pincus is partnering with Vista Equity Partners in the acquisition.
The transaction was announced on September 10, 2024. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
