After the success of the previous edition, Cleary Gottlieb partners Nicholas Levy and Patrick Bock have again authored the “EU Merger Control” chapter in the Ninth Edition of The Merger Control Review, which was published by The Law Reviews.
The chapter contains a short introduction to the principal provisions of the transformative 1990 EC Merger Regulation and identifies some of the most important developments in its recent application.
