Cleary associate Ranulf Outhwaite contributed to the “Competition Act 1998 Investigations: Procedure and Practice” chapter.

The covers all aspects of competition law, including detailed treatment of procedure, coverage of recent developments, with a focus on guidance for practitioners. It includes an overview of the role of economics.
