Anders Jay’s practice focuses on EU and UK competition law and digital regulation.
He advises clients on merger control, abuse of dominance, anticompetitive agreements, market studies/investigations, consumer protection, and State aid, as well as specific rules for tech firms, such as the EU Digital Markets Act and the proposed UK pro-competition regime for digital firms.
Anders joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining Cleary, he worked at a Magic Circle firm in London.
