Anders Jay’s practice focuses on EU and UK competition law and digital regulation.
He advises clients on merger control, abuse of dominance, anticompetitive agreements, market studies/investigations, consumer protection, and State aid, as well as specific rules for tech firms, such as the EU Digital Markets Act and the proposed UK pro-competition regime for digital firms. Anders is ordinarily resident in the London office. He is currently on secondment in the Bay Area.
Anders joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining Cleary, he worked at a Magic Circle firm in London.
