Berta Broer’s practice focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration.

Berta acts as counsel to clients in a wide variety of domestic and international litigations and arbitrations, with a particular focus on cartel follow-on damages cases and other fields of antitrust litigation, commercial litigation, and post-M&A disputes. She also assists clients with enforcement matters and interim relief.

Berta joined the firm in 2022. In 2021, she was a stagiaire in the Cologne office.
