  • HSBC Bank and related entities in defending multibillion-dollar actions related to the Madoff Ponzi scheme and the bankruptcy of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities.

  • ESL Investments in its $5.2 billion acquisition of Sears Holdings and related litigation.

  • Punjab National Bank in U.S. proceedings arising out of India’s biggest-ever bank scam involving Nirav Modi and Mehul Choski, including in connection with investigations being conducted by the U.S. Bankruptcy Examiner and court-appointed Trustee.
