Associate
George Taylor’s practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate matters, with a focus on private equity and private mergers and acquisitions transactions.
He has experience advising private equity, sovereign wealth fund, and corporate clients on a range of UK and international transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, complex equity financings, and joint ventures, as well as advising on investee company matters during the PE investment life cycle.
George joined the firm’s London office as a trainee in 2018 and was resident in the Abu Dhabi office from 2020-2021. George also spent 12 months on secondment with a leading global private equity sponsor from 2025-2026.
