Giulia Rimoldi’s practice focuses on corporate and financial matters.
She has experience in cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, particularly involving financial institutions, and financing transactions. She also has experience in EU and Italian banking and financial regulation.
Giulia joined the firm in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Giulia worked for several years in the financial institutions department of a domestic law firm in Milan.
