Glen M. Scarcliffe

Glen M. Scarcliffe’s practice includes banking, capital markets, a broad range of financing and leveraged buyouts.

He represents both issuers and financial institutions in connection with global equity and debt offerings, including investment grade and high-yield debt. Glen also has extensive experience in representing targets and acquiring entities in public and private mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross-border.

Glen joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1995. From 1989 to 1995, he was resident in the New York office.
