Shuangjun Wang’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and corporate advisory work, with a focus on ESG and sustainability matters.

She has worked with both issuers and underwriters on various public and private securities offerings, including initial public offerings. She also regularly advises corporate clients on corporate governance, proxy season matters, securities laws and stock exchange rules, SEC disclosures, and ESG and sustainability matters.

Shuangjun joined the firm in 2016 after working as a summer associate in both the New York and Brussels offices in 2015.

  • McCormick & Company in the financing of its $4.2 billion acquisition of the food business of British conglomerate Reckitt Benckiser Group Plc.

  • Advises various corporations on a range of securities law, securities offering, disclosure, corporate governance, proxy, ESG, and sustainability matters, including Alphabet and its subsidiaries, Pinterest, T-Mobile, Tyson, KBR, Goldman Sachs, Abbott Laboratories, and JPMorgan.
