Shuangjun Wang’s practice focuses on capital markets, other corporate and financial transactions, and corporate governance and corporate advisory work.

She has worked with both issuers and underwriters on various public and private securities offerings, including initial public offerings. She has experience with advising corporate clients, particularly in the media and technology sectors, on corporate governance, securities laws, and SEC disclosure matters.

Shuangjun joined the firm in 2016 after working as a summer associate in both the New York and Brussels offices in 2015.
