Cleary Gottlieb partner Luke Barefoot will participate in Fordham’s OUTLaws Symposium titled “Faith, Speech, and LGBTQIA+ Rights: The First Amendment at a Crossroads,” hosted at Fordham Law School.

Luke will speak on the panel, “Litigating Forward: Strategic Approaches to Queer and Trans Rights in the Roberts Court Era,” exploring effective litigation approaches and strategies for advancing and framing cases affecting LGBTQIA+ people.
