Cleary Gottlieb partners Raif Hassan, Samuel Levander, Christopher P. Moore, James Norris-Jones, Paul Stuart, and associate Emma Williams will participate in London International Disputes Week 2026, taking place at Cleary’s London office.
James and Emma will speak on the panel, “20 Years of the Companies Act 2006: Reform, Reality, and the Road Ahead.” As the statute that reshaped UK company law turns 20, the disputes it gives rise to continue to evolve in important ways.
