PLI’s 28th Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute

Cleary Gottlieb partners Joseph Lanzkron and Daniel Reynolds will participate in PLI’s 28th Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute.

Joseph will speak on the panel, “Joint Ventures and Other Structures,” guiding practitioners through creating joint ventures and other vehicles for commercial real estate transactions, including negotiating and drafting the necessary agreements.

Daniel will serve as co-chair, provide opening remarks, and speak on the panel, “Insurance Due Diligence for Commercial Mortgages,” providing an introduction to commercial mortgage insurance as well as updates on key points of borrower and property owner insurance, including current market requirements, trends, and issues.
