Cleary Gottlieb partners Joseph Lanzkron and Daniel Reynolds will participate in PLI’s 28th Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute.

Dan will serve as chair, deliver opening remarks, and speak on the panel, “Insurance Due Diligence for Commercial Mortgages,” that will provide an introduction to commercial mortgage insurance as well as updates on key points of borrower/property owner insurance, including current market requirements, trends, and issues.

Joe will speak on the panel, “Joint Ventures and Other Structures,” that will guide practitioners through creating joint ventures and other vehicles for commercial real estate transactions, including negotiating and drafting the necessary agreements.
