Greece: Hellenic Republic’s Bond Issuance
Russia: Severgroup’s Acquisition of TPG’s 34% Shareholding in Lenta and Subsequent Mandatory Tender Offer

This is the third year in a row that Cleary has advised on the Russia Deal of the Year at the CEE Legal Matters Awards. Last year, the firm was recognized for advising CJSC Transmashholding and LocoTech-Service LLC in connection with their merger.
