Cleary Gottlieb’s Private Equity team was highly commended at LegalWeek’s 2019 British Legal Awards.
The firm was recognized for advising Warburg Pincus and certain other investors of Airtel Africa plc in connection with the initial public offering of the ordinary shares of Airtel Africa and its listing on the main market of the London Stock Exchange (UK Admission).
