Cleary Gottlieb has been recognized by Yale Law Women in its 2020 Top Firms for Gender Equity & Family Friendliness Report for its leading policies and practices to support the advancement of gender parity.
Cleary was featured among a select group of Vault 100 firms with at least 50% of its associates comprised of women. This is the third consecutive year that Cleary has been lauded in the Top Firms Report.
Each year, Yale Law Women recognizes the top law firms in the U.S. for their leadership in developing and implementing gender equity and family-friendly practices and policies. Categories in the survey include gender equity among the firm’s hiring levels, the representation of women in a firm’s leadership and promotions, and the extent to which a firm is committed to equitable training and mentorship.
