March 22, 2018

A team from Cleary Gottlieb’s New York office took part in the challenging 2018 New York City Indoor Marathon Relay to raise funds for the Armory College Prep High School Program.

The race, presented by New York Road Runners, took place on March 17 and included co-ed teams from several area law and professional services firms. Cleary’s eight-person team consisted of partners Lev Dassin, Jason Factor, and Meredith Kotler; associates Richard Cipolla and Russell Mawn; assistant managing clerk Christopher Henley; law clerk Kai Kang; and service desk analyst David Rivera. The firm’s team finished in fourth place among a competitive group of 16 firms, with a final time of 2:59:58.

The Armory College Prep High School Program provides college prep and academic counseling services to hundreds of under-resourced New York City public high school students.
