Edenred in €900 Million Multicurrency Sustainability-Linked Revolving Credit Facility

Cleary Gottlieb advised Edenred in connection with the negotiation and execution of a €900 million syndicated multicurrency sustainability-linked revolving facility agreement, signed on July 22, 2026.

The proceeds will be used to fund the general corporate purposes of the Edenred group.
