Cleary Gottlieb represented long-standing client GlobalFoundries U.S. Inc. in its acquisition of InfiniLink Inc.

InfiniLink is a startup specializing in advanced optical data connectivity chips, based in Cairo, Egypt. With deep expertise in connectivity chips, InfiniLink brings advanced capabilities in high‑speed connectivity, including SerDes, optical transceiver chipsets and monolithic silicon photonics.
InfiniLink’s engineering talent and IP will enhance GlobalFoundries’ in‑house design capabilities and will help a broad range of customers strengthen their optics roadmaps and design into GlobalFoundries.
