On March 17, Latin Lawyer picked Cleary Gottlieb’s work on the Mexico City International Airport as its “Deal of the Year” in the Project Finance category.
Cleary was noted as counsel to Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de Mexico in the $3 billion financing for the new airport, which is expected to become the largest in Latin America and serve as a regional hub.
At an event in São Paulo honoring the top deals in the region, Latin Lawyer also named partner Nicolas Grabar “International Lawyer of the Year.”
